Not cheap polyester, but a breathable natural fiber: The sleeping surface of our mattress cover is made from 100% Tencel® natural fiber. This fiber is not only comfortable against the skin and breathable, but also durable and easy to care for. Furthermore, Tencel® absorbs moisture four times faster and releases it more quickly into the environment compared to cotton. A true wonder material.

The border – the side panel – of the cover is stabilized using a sophisticated pressure welding technique. This provides the mattress with additional support and stability. The border also ensures that the cover doesn't warp during washing and fits the mattress easily. It is made of fine microfiber fabric.

From a width of 160 cm, the QUQON Individual mattress is manufactured as standard with two separate mattress cores in a continuous cover. This facilitates transport and handling, noticeably reduces motion transfer, and even allows for the exchange of individual halves if required. The high-quality cover ensures a continuously seamless sleeping surface – no gap, no slipping, no compromises.

Easy care

Schon die erste Nacht war eine Wohltat für besseren Schlaf und Rücken. Die Matratze ist für meinen Mann. In seiner alten Matratze hing er schon durch, die Folge waren permanente Rückenschmerzen. Auf Grund der Höhe fühlt es sich trotz normalem Bettgestell + Lattenrost an, wie in einem Boxspringbett. Gute Festigkeit, aber kuschelig dank der oberen Schicht Viscoschaum. Nach Probeliegen und ausführlicher Begutachtung habe ich für mich auch bestellt.

Nach monatelanger Suche nach der für mich richtigen Matratze, nach unglaublichen Erfahrungen mit div. Möbelhäusern bin ich nun bei Quqon gelandet, hab mich auf deren I-Seite umgeschaut und Thomas hat mich via Chat angesprochen, super gut beraten. Und - was soll ich sagen - nach monatelangen Schmerzen schlafe ich nun die 5 Nacht wie auf Wolken. Ich hoffe, es bleibt so.

Habe schon einige Matratzen probiert, aber mit dieser bin ich sehr zufrieden. Auch mit dem Polsterkissen. Ich bin Seitenschläfer und hatte ständig Schmerzen in der Früh. Seit ich die Qoqun-Matratze verwende, ist dies deutlich besser. Ob es bessere Matratzen gibt kann ich nicht beurteilen, wird es wahrscheinlich geben, aber ich bin mit diesem Teil sehr zufrieden.
Seit ich auf dieser Matratze schlafe, bin ich am Morgen frisch und ausgeruht. Es ist einfach die richtige Matratze für mich!
Ich liege einfach gut drauf: an der Oberfläche weich, darunter eine gute Unterstützung. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf!

Liegecomfort sehr gut, interessanter Weise gibt es zwischen den beiden Lieferungen der „selben“ Matratze (identische Angaben der Größen, Schlaflage und Gewicht) einen Unterschied in der Höhe von mindestens 1cm. Daher nur vier Sterne.

Bezüglich der unterschiedlichen Höhe: Tatsächlich können Kaltschäume und Viscoschäume produktionsbedingt ganz leichte Maßtoleranzen aufweisen. Zusätzlich entfalten sich Matratzen nach dem Auspacken unterschiedlich schnell und erreichen ihre endgültige Höhe oft erst nach einigen Tagen. Eine Abweichung von etwa 1 cm ist daher grundsätzlich möglich, ohne dass sich dadurch die Qualität oder die ergonomischen Eigenschaften verändern. Load Capacity & Recommended Body Weight
Our mattresses are designed for high everyday usability and long-term sleeping comfort. For our Individual mattress, we recommend use up to a body weight of a maximum of 120 kg per person.
Important to know: The ideal sleeping sensation depends not only on body weight, but also on factors such as height, sleeping position, body type, and personal comfort perception. Therefore, our specifications are always understood as recommendations for optimal support and mattress longevity.
Even with higher body weight, our mattresses can, of course, be used – however, in this case, the lifespan may be reduced and the QUQON warranty limited.
Mattress height
Our QUQON Individual mattress is approximately 23 cm high overall (including the cover). The core height (without the cover) is approximately 21 cm.
size and weight
Our mattresses are available in all standard sizes – from 80x190 cm to 200x220 cm. And because every QUQON Individual mattress is custom-made, you get exactly the size that fits your bed (and your life).

The weight naturally depends on the size and settings. A standard 90x200 cm mattress weighs around 9-13 kg , a large double mattress correspondingly more.
Delivery
Your QUQON mattress will be rolled up, securely packaged and delivered free of charge³. This means it will easily fit through any door and up any staircase.
Delivery is conveniently made via parcel service (Austrian Post) or, for large, heavy mattresses, via freight forwarding company (Gebrüder Weiss).
After unpacking, it only needs a few hours to fully unfold – and then it's ready for your first night together.
By the way: Every mattress is freshly manufactured in Austria and shipped within a few days.

Care instructions
The cover is completely removable and washable at up to 60°C . For best results, use a gentle wash cycle and avoid fabric softener to keep the TENCEL™ fibers fresh and breathable for longer. Detailed care instructions can be found on the sewn-in care label.
Air the mattress regularly to allow moisture to escape.
And if an accident happens: The cover can be cleaned or replaced separately at any time – very easy, very hygienic.

How does the individual customization of the QUQON Individual mattress work?
In the online configurator, you enter your body weight, height, sleeping position, and whether you sleep alone or with a partner. From this, QUQON automatically calculates the optimal support zone – for double beds from 160 cm width with two separate cores in one continuous cover, so that each person gets their ideal firmness.
What is the firmness level of the Individual mattress?
There are no classic firmness levels H1–H5 as with most other manufacturers. Instead, the QUQON configurator automatically calculates the appropriate support based on weight, height, and sleeping position, so you don't have to decide on a firmness level yourself.
What materials is the Individual mattress made of?
