A nasty surprise after ordering? Not with QUQON. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer completely hassle-free return options. Here you'll find everything you need to know about returns, return shipping, and return shipping costs.

We offer free return shipping for orders with a delivery address within Austria. For returns outside of Austria, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and can choose your preferred shipping company. You bear the responsibility and costs until the package has been delivered to us.

Initiate return:
To initiate a return, simply contact our QUQON team. Please be sure to contact us in writing via email to ensure your return request is processed. Our email address for return requests is office@quqon.com

Here's how the return process works:
1. Initiate the return via email
2. After successful verification of your return request, you will receive all the details regarding the return from our QUQON team.
3. You take the packaged goods to the nearest branch of your chosen parcel service.
4. We will receive your goods shortly and then immediately initiate the refund.
5. Please note: Our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply.

What condition must returned items be in?
We kindly ask you to return goods without any avoidable signs of use (large stains) or damage (cuts, tears) so that we can refund you the full purchase price. If you had an accident with a product during the trial period, please let us know before returning it. We are always understanding and will definitely find a solution! :-)

How long does it take to return the item?
QUQON offers an extended return policy for many products, exceeding the statutory cancellation period. For mattresses, returns are even possible up to 101 days after receipt. You can find the exact return deadlines on the respective product pages and in our Terms and Conditions.

Return shipping costs:
For orders with an original delivery address in Austria, returns are free of charge, provided the order meets the return criteria and the return is confirmed by the QUQON team. Customers from other delivery areas will incur return shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the delivery area, product, and other circumstances. Please contact our QUQON team for more detailed information.

When will I get my money back?
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method used, with refunds typically issued immediately or shortly thereafter.
