🔒 10-year guarantee on all QUQON mattresses

The 10-year warranty applies to the following models:

• QUQON Individual
  
• QUQON Nature
  
• QUQON Smart
  
• QUQON Trio Balance
  
• QUQON children's mattress
  
• QUQON Baby Mattress
  

Material and manufacturing defects as well as physical changes such as indentations from 3 cm (measured without load) are covered.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will inspect your mattress and offer you a free replacement or repair – quickly and easily.

🪶 5-year guarantee on pillows, blankets & accessories

For everything that is not a mattress (e.g. pillows, blankets, toppers, slatted frames & accessories), our 5-year Q UQON guarantee applies.

Here too, we cover material and manufacturing defects .

The warranty is tiered – as with the mattresses:

• Years 1-2: 100% of the original purchase price
  
• Year 3: 60%
  
• Year 4: 40%
  
• Year 5: 20%
  

The stated percentages will be credited towards a replacement product or spare part in the event of a warranty claim.

⚙️ What is excluded from the warranty?

Unfortunately, there are a few things we cannot cover. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Damage caused by improper use , incorrect suspension, or excessive load
  
• improper care, cleaning or storage
  
• normal wear and tear (e.g. slight height changes < 3 cm, color changes of the foam, changes in filling power)
  
• Use outdoors or in excessively humid environments
  
• Products sold as used , RE-NEW , display models or returned goods
  
• unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product
  

But don't worry: We review each case individually and fairly.

📦 This is how a warranty claim works

If you believe that a warranty claim exists, please proceed as follows:

1. Send us an email to office@quqon.com with a brief description of the problem and your order number.
   
2. Our team is reviewing the case and will get back to you.
   
3. If necessary, we will pick up the product from you and take care of everything else.

📜 Legal & Details

• The statutory warranty period is 2 years .
  
• The 10-year guarantee applies only to private use and only to mattresses.
  
• The 5-year warranty applies to all other products.
  
• The warranty ends after a fixed period of 10 or 5 years – it is not extended by repair or replacement.
  
• The original purchase documents must be submitted for verification.
