That's why we only manufacture each QUQON mattress when you order it â fresh, tailored to your needs, and without long storage times. Despite this, no one has to wait long: your mattress will arrive at your home in just 3â5 business days â and you'll soon be sleeping in dreamlike comfort.

What does "individually configurable" mean?
With our QUQON Individual mattress, you can use our online configurator to customize the mattress to your individual sleeping needs. Based on your height, weight, and sleeping position, we create a mattress that's a perfect fit for you â almost like it was custom-made!
What makes the QUQON natural mattress special?
The QUQON Natur mattress is not only made from particularly sustainable materials, but can also be adjusted directly in your home . You can easily swap the layers yourself and thus change your sleeping experience at any time â completely without tools and in no time at all.
How do reversible mattresses work?
Our reversible mattresses ( QUQON Smart and QUQON TrioBalance ) have two sides with different firmness levels. This allows you to decide whether you prefer a firmer or softer sleeping surface â simply flip it over and try it out.
How long can I test the mattress?
You have 101 nights to test your new mattress at your leisure. If it's not right for you, you can easily return it â completely risk-free. You can find all the details in our terms and conditions .
How does the return process work within the 101-night package?
If you find within the 101-night trial period that the mattress isn't right for you, just let us know. We'll arrange for it to be picked up and you'll get your money back.
Can I wash the mattress cover?
Yes! All our mattress covers are removable and washable â perfect for allergy sufferers or simply for that refreshing feeling. Please refer to the care instructions on the label.
Where does the name "QUQON" come from?
Our name is derived from the French word "cĂłque" âthe protective shell in which tired caterpillars transform into magnificent butterflies. A cocoon symbolizes security, warmth, and transformation. Your QUQON embodies precisely this: it gently envelops you, gives you a feeling of well-being, and lets you wake up feeling reborn every morning.
