Free shipping from €75 minimum order value to Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic: 
Shipping to the countries listed above is free for orders with a minimum value of €75. 

Shipping to Italy, Croatia, Hungary, and Poland:
For deliveries to the countries listed above, we charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order.
Orders with a value of €250.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Shipping to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of €19.90 per order.
Orders with a value of €500.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

General shipping information:
Depending on the size, we ship the products either with Austrian Post or the Gebrüder Weiss freight forwarding company.
Either way, you will always receive advance notification by email or phone so that you can keep track of the delivery and accept your package. Austrian Post will contact you by email as soon as your package is on its way. Since we ship all packages as premium parcels, they should arrive at your address after approximately 1–2 days. You can also track your package via the link in the email and, if necessary, choose a different delivery date, have the package delivered to a neighbor, to your workplace, or to a post office. Deliveries shipped with the Gebrüder Weiss freight forwarding company will be announced by phone. The carrier will arrange a delivery appointment with you. You will not miss anything and can relax even before your delivery arrives.
