In der ersten Nacht war es recht ungewohnt, ich war nicht sicher, ob das Kissen nicht etwas zu hoch fürs seitliche Schlafen, was meine Person betrifft, ist. Nach einigen Tagen habe ich allerdings den Eindruck gewonnen, dass es meinem Nacken gut tut und dass ich die richtige Wahl getroffen habe. Ich mag es sehr. Eine absolut sichere Beurteilung kann ich aber erst nach 1 bis 3 Monaten geben.
Als das Kissen ankam, dachte ich "oje, viel zu weich". Aber dank der 14tägigen Probezeit probierte ich es trotzdem aus und war überrascht, wie gut es trotz der Weichheit stützt. Einzig die Länge würde ich mir persönlich kürzer wünschen, also 60x40 wär toll. Die Höhe mit 13cm ohne Belastung passt aber. Es ist sehr kuschelig im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Viskokissen.
Für mich die besten Polster. Habe ein Wasserbett. Da ist es sehr sehr schwer etwas Passendes zu finden. Danke euch

Bin sehr zufrieden - dass die Lieferung erst nach Bezahlung erfolgt ist aus dem Telefongespräch nicht hervorgegangen. Bei Nespresso ist die Summe wesentlich höher, aber da muss ich erst nach Lieferung zahlen! Bei der Reservierung für 12 Personen in einem Restaurant wurde keine „Kaution“ verlangt. Da besteht bei euch Verbesserungsbedarf!

Einfach traumhaft! Monatelang quälten mich hartnäckige Nackenschmerzen, die ich fälschlicherweise immer den langen Stunden am Schreibtisch zuschrieb. Seit ich dieses Kissen verwende, sind diese Verspannungen vollkommen verschwunden, und ich bin überglücklich. Selbst unsere Wohnungskatze hat es zu ihrem neuen Lieblingsschlafplatz erkoren! matratze ist perfekt. die nächste matratze kaufe ich wieder bei euch.
die ersten zwei, drei nächte waren ungewohnt, war davor ein härteres, unnachgiebiges kissen gewohnt. hatte nun die befürchtung, das neue könnte zu weich sein. doch inzwischen schlafe ich sehr gut damit
sehr gute verarbeitungsqualität, das produkt entspricht voll meinen erwartungen.
vor kurzen habe ich mir noch den topper, seitenschläferkissen sowie die daunenkissen bestellt. lieferung ging schnell - innerhalb von 3-5 werktagen. weder beim auspacken des topper, noch bei den pölstern ein unangenehmer geruch wahrnehmbar - im grunde sofort einsetzbar. zum topper: habe ihn ein paar stunden entfalten lassen und einige nächte drauf geschlafen. leider haben mich jedoch ein paar dinge gestört - die länge und breite sind um gut 2-3cm kürzer als meine matratze (bei 180x200 waren die maße des toppers 178x197cm). - beim drauflegen stellt sich der topper seitlich auf und muss mit dem leintuch niedergespannt werden (was mit steghöhe vom leintuch nicht immer sehr einfach ist. nach rücksprache mit den quqon-mitarbeiterinnen habe ich kurz vor ablauf der 1monatigen probeschlafzeit den topper zurückgechickt da es für ich zuviel störende punkte gab. rücksendung total problemlos. die pölster habe ich alle behalten, da ich diese als sehr angenehm empfinde zum schlafen. in summe: produktqualität super, service super- dafür 5 sterne - die preise schrecken leider etwas ab...aber selt da kann man bei den mitarbeiter/innen nachfragen- was auch wiederum super ist und es findet sich immer eine angebotslösung. danke
